Thelma Domenici
Thelma Domenici brings her vibrant instructional
skills, stellar leadership experience and years of etiquette use
and study to you as a presenter and as president of Thelma Domenici & Associates.
Thelma established her contemporary social skills development programs to turn the Old World grace she was raised on into New World cool. She puts good manners on the minds of people across the country with her innovative programs and with “Ask Thelma,” an etiquette advice column distributed nationally by the Scripps Howard News Service. With her unassuming style and sense of humor, she teaches CEOs, sixth-graders and everyone in between that good manners never go out of style.
Thelma believes that when you are confident and comfortable with
yourself in a social environment, you are better equipped to reach
your maximum potential.
Not confined to learning business or manners from a book, Thelma’s more than 30 years of real-world experience in leadership positions has provided her with the techniques she employs today. Her leadership roles include president of Hospital Home Healthcare, vice president of St. Joseph Healthcare Corporation and associate executive secretary for the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare. She holds a master’s
degree in institution administration from Michigan State University
where she graduated first in her class.
Thelma also plans fundraisers and social functions for many organizations
including ACCION, the University of New Mexico Foundation, the
Catholic Foundation and the Albuquerque Museum.
